Hors d'oeuvres
A plate of mixed hors d’oeuvres
Brie and ‘Parma’ Ham baked in filo wrap
Devilled kidneys on brioche
Squid cooked slowly in a tomato and sweet pepper sauce.
Crab Parcel with coriander and a hint of chilli
Bowl of Mussels - cooked in their shells (supp.£2). Choice of sauce:- mariniere,
sweet chilli, Provencal
Main Courses
Nile Perch loin with watercress cream
Fillet of Cod with herb crust
Breast of free-range Chicken, with an apricot and sweet Marsala wine sauce.   
Pork Duo – tender fillet of Pork and crispy roast Pork belly served with apple compote and Calvados cream (supp. £1)
Breast of Pheasant with herb & pine-nut stuffing, wrapped in bacon and roasted.  Rich port sauce.
